Johnsen Creek Estate is nestled in one of the most sought after Chico neighborhoods. You have to come see this beautiful outdoor venue in person. Johnsen Creek Estate features almost an acre of lush, green, lower park vibes, as well as a sandy bottom creek that runs through the property. There is a bridge that crosses a naturally landscaped swimming pool that is fed with creek water that ebbs and flows with the tide. Even on the warmest of Chico Summers there's plenty of shade from the massive sycamore trees and misters to keep you and your guests cool. There are endless opportunity for decorating this already stunning natural beauty. Whether a party of 50 or 250 there's plenty of space for you and your guests to soak in all of Chico's natural park ambience.
